Diane Manrique, Founder
DNA Billing Service is women-owned and operated, and was founded by Diane Manrique. Diane was born in Michoacan, Mexico. At just four years old, she moved to Watsonville, CA and upon finishing high school, returned to Michoacan to study Business Administration at the College of Valladolid graduating in 1982. Diane’s dreams of starting a business led her back once again to Watsonville, CA where she began as a receptionist at the Plazita Medical Clinic, Inc. In December 1995, Plazita Medical Clinic, Inc. merged with a group of family physicians. Diane was offered the position of Medical Billing for the newly formed group, and DNA Billing Service was founded.
